I have had this template for years and wish I could give credit to whomever sent it to me. I use it for lots of ideas on developing a “tabbed” approach to building a project management plan. Excel is a great tool for this. Be warned, start with 2-4 key tabs in this template first. Some of the tabs are not applicable to all projects.
